Learn More About Heart Dream

An Evolving Dream

In 1996, Heart Dream Ministries was founded. In 1999, we began a local fellowship in Marshall, TX, and Marshall remains home to this day.  For years, we met in rented facilities, until 2018 when we purchased the new facility at 1315 Calloway St.

Heart Dream Fellowship strives to meet the emotional and spiritual needs of the good people of this community. We also serve those less fortunate by providing food and other essential services. We invite you to join us for a worship service or volunteer opportunity to help meet these needs. And if you’re experiencing a need today, reach out to the caring Heart Dream family.

Pastor Emmett Gagnard

Pastor Emmett Gagnard and his wife, Vickie, have been passionate about ministry for years. In 1996, they founded Heart Dream Ministries. In 1999, they began a fellowship in Marshall, TX which continues to strengthen the community. In 2013, Pastor Emmett and Mrs. Gagnard were awarded the prestigious Volunteer Service Award by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for their continued support of incarcerated men.

The Gagnards founded Brother's Keeper, a 2-year intensive discipleship program in Marshall designed for men who have found religion while in prison and are aiming to walk in their newfound faith once released. Today, Emmett and Vickie are the central figures in the Heart Dream community, supporting and uniting their growing church family. In 2022, they opened Heart Dream Christian Academy, an elementary school aimed for grades kindergarten through sixth grade. The faith-based curriculum and service-based teachings are very important to Pastor Emmett and Vickie.
